He took over this role as CEO in 2011 after the founder Steve Job’s passing. Another successful leader in business includes Satya Nadella. Since 2014, Satya Nadella has been the CEO of Microsoft and recognized the need for change and quick change. Sundar Pichai is also a successful CEO of Google. He developed the Google toolbar and puts the benefit of people over the profit. Andy Jassy is the CEO of Amazon who recently took over the business in 2021. He led the Amazon Web Services and changed the way the business ran.
It is clear business leaders have a major role due to their immense experience and charisma, and they are able to constantly improve their business to impact many more in the world.
