Girls For Business's 'First-Gen College Panel' is a virtual event that features business-oriented first-generation college students from the University of Michigan and Harvard University. The panelists will share their advice in college applications and the college transition process as first-generation students!
Our panelists will discuss their experiences transitioning to post-secondary education, the resources they used, support they received, and their unique business pathways thus far in their collegiate journeys.

Nicole Lopez - Sophomore at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, first-generation Latina student: Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy
Gabriela Cuba - Sophomore at Harvard University, first-generation Latina student: Concentration in Economics with a secondary in History of Art and Architecture
June Hong - Senior at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business: Concentration in Finance and an interest in social impact
Our panelists will be holding an open discussion and mini-workshops, while also answering questions from the audience.
